Since its creation in 1948, TRIKI LE MOULIN Confectionery have made many efforts to reach the objectives of food safety and quality assurance. These efforts in hygiene and safety food were rewarded by obtaining International ISO9001 version 2000 and HACCP certifications and this for Chewing-gum Florida, Halwa Chamia Le Moulin and Triki Candies. This International certification attests that Triki Le Moulin confectionery has an effective and rigorous management system. In addition to the biological risks, chemical risks and organoleptic risks associated to the products and the various stages of production, it guarantees the control from the reception of raw materials to the delivery of the finished products. This certification also extends to ensure the follow-up of the deliveries and to take care that our products arrive at the consumer under the best conditions of food safety and hygiene. International Iso 9001 and HACCP certifications attest clearly that our products are carefully controlled and that our customers and consumers will find there a sure value, and defined and regular quality.

Beginning of October the company Confiserie Triki the  was audited by CMI organization for obtaining a certificate IFS version 4.

The program of FPA-SAFE was conceived by carrying out the companies in food sector to satisfy the total needs for the audit of food industry. FPA-SAFE provides an evaluation of the quality of the whole foodstuffs of a company and a reliable and complete system of safety while reducing time and the expenditure due to the superfluous audits of suppliers.
